I did this course because I needed to refresh my memory plus I'm going to be helpful out at a kids club through the school holidays

It was very simple and easy process.

I really liked it. It is nicely arranged, easy to digest, a lot of in depth information.
I just realised for myself, many of the things you suggest,I do already. Like arts therapy, journalling, meditation, yoga, getting into my body. They can always be refined. For now I have to do them rather than learning how to do that better, if that makes sense.

GREAT System to attain different levels. Easy to understands graphics and videos. All broken down into bite sized chunks and easy for retention.

Needed a certificate for level 2 and plain and simple steps showing you bit by bit how to gain it and the course didn't disappoint me at all. Well pleased with virtual college

Understanding Animal Welfare in Violent Homes & Prepared to Save a Life were the 2 webinars I took. I already knew everything about the first webinar as I am studying animal behavior but this is exactly the reason I can say that this short course is excellent for those who don't have prior knowledge on the subject covered and I highly recommend it as a starting point in law enforcement agents' training. The second course was excellent too. It gives introductory info on the subject & hopefully it can also encourage people to take up a long course in first aid.
